All products sold through Monika Canvas, including printable wall art, Canva templates, digital downloads, and other digital resources, are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed.

3. Exceptions

We may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following circumstances:

  • The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

  • You receive the wrong digital product.

  • A technical issue on our side prevents successful delivery of your purchase.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.
